General Court Reporting

Showing up 30 to 45 minutes before the deposition starts.  If he is not already familiar with the case only because you sent to him a syllabus of the terminology he is expecting to report, he will pour over some of the pleadings to understand the terminology.

If you require daily copy, meaning next day delivery after a long day, Mr. Hubbard is ready to take your order.  Need a rough draft of the deposition while you wait for the final certified transcript, just ask for prices, they are competative.

Realtime Reporting

Whether it's one hookup or you're in a deposition with multiple parties who require the same service, Mr. Hubbard can handle it with wireless communications or using standard cables to your DB9 pin out configuration of your computer's serial port or if you have a serial to USB adapter to one of your USB ports.

If you are not familiar with LiveNote, consider Bridge, a wonderful freeware program offered by Advantage Software, the maker of Total Eclipse which is the court reporting program that Mr. Hubbard uses to write realtime transcripts.  All you need is 15 minutes to learn the basics to know how to view on-line transcript, flag testimony and make notes to take with you.  Installation takes less than 30 seconts and you are up and running.

Seminar Reporting and Transcribing

Yes, it's your work product and/or it belongs to the organization or institution to whom you are speaking in front of.  Rest assured that at no time does the content of your seminar ever become owned in whole or in part by us.  We are simply the facilitator bundling the seminar in a format that you can sell to your students.

We negotiate a one-time fee to produce a transcript in any format you want, including but not limited to just an ASCII file, an Adobe Acrobat file (PDF) or Word file.

We present you with a rough draft.  You decide to take out or add in text.  Perhaps you have electronic documents and graphics that you want linked to the transcript.  We do that for you.  You instruct us on how the final product should look like and how it is to read.

Seminars on Video

We can be there live attending the seminar reporting in realtime, meaning, displaying the monologue and question and answer period on large projection screens so the audience can follow along.  You might also consider video taping your seminars because there is now technology that we use to blend video, sound and the electronic transcript together, rendering your final product, your video seminar, presented on a DVD or can be visited via the Internet as video on demand, but the distinct difference is your student also has a separate electronic transcript to also view to reinforce what the student is viewing where the student can search for words and phrases forcing the video on the Internet to rewind or fast forward to a specific location or simply watch from beginning to end.

If you wish to just video tape the seminar, as long as the DVD has superlative sound quality, we can just as easily present you with the same product as heretofore described.

Video Court Reporting

When you require your deposition video taped, Mr. Hubbard uses the latest in video technology.  He can record directly to his Sony Vaio with DVD quality a video and within 20 minutes of breaking, leave the deposition with your personal DVD.  At the office he uses the latest Microsoft software to edit your videos, add titles and other features to your video as you need.  Please call for particulars.
